Catering to the ever-increasing demand for privacy and space, this season, 7Pines Resort Ibiza will launch two brand-new villas, Villa Alba and Villa Aurora, both featuring 221 sqm of beautifully designed living space, four spacious bedrooms each with a private terrace, a 20 sqm glass swimming pool and lavish garden terrace with jacuzzi.
Secluded among a pine grove on the cliffs of the west coast of Ibiza, these contemporary bohemian-style properties have been designed by 7Pines Resort Ibiza’s own architects and designers, together with a local sustainable landscape designer, Terravita. Each property will allow guests to fully admire the beauty of the surrounding area with its floor to ceiling windows and abundance of private terrace areas. The villas exude Mediterranean flair, both boasting stylish minimalistic design, exclusive natural furnishings (including linen, ratan, oak, birch and quarzite stone), and sustainable energy concepts.
The sun terrace and outdoor dining area is one of the highlights of each villa, furnished with laid-back loungers, parasols and exotic Mediterranean planting. The glass-panelled pool allows guests to look out onto unobstructed sea views overlooking the rocky mythical island of Es Vedra, whilst the spacious garden terrace on the lower lever can be enjoyed for evenings of al fresco dining.
Guests at both villa’s will also have access to a range of exclusive benefits, including a dedicated Clefs d’Or concierge service on hand at all times to cater to any needs. A wide variety of additional local services can also be arranged, including luxury transportation, private chefs, fitness trainers, yoga & wellness classes and bespoke spa treatments. For a unique wellness experience, villa guests also have access to a complimentary 20-minute oxygen bar for up to eight guests, which helps to improve energy levels and vitality.
The villas will be available from June 1st 2023, and can be booked via the 7Pines Resort website from the end of January.
