Adam Crocini serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Food & Beverage Brands at Hilton, overseeing the strategy, development and innovation for hotel food and beverage experiences – from restaurant concepts to marketing, communications and partnerships. Prior to this position, Adam was Hilton’s Vice President of Food & Beverage Strategy and Development, driving planning efforts across Hilton’s Luxury & Lifestyle brands.
Adam came to Hilton with 20+ years of culinary-focused hospitality experience. His career began at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts before joining Wolfgang Puck, where he spent over a decade in restaurant leadership roles. That experience led him to Singapore where he joined Las Vegas Sands Corporation as Executive Director overseeing a restaurant portfolio, including Michelin Star chefs, such as Gordon Ramsay and Nancy Silverton. Prior to Hilton, Adam served as Vice President of Capella Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hotel group based in Singapore.
