Darcy Lawrence

Equal parts New Yorker & global nomad, Darcy has been engrossed in the interior design business for nearly two decades. With a strong network around the world, Darcy spent several years living in the Middle East, which enabled her to easily explore Africa and Asia as well, all of which brings a unique perspective and innate ability to understand complex projects and form deep connections with clients and project partners.

After repatriating from Dubai to the USA, Darcy’s remit was to create a strong brand presence in North America, where the firm opened its first office in Miami. As one global studio with a growing list of locations, 1508 is now working on some of the most anticipated properties in the region, including Cipriani Residences Miami, Six Senses Napa Valley, and a soon-to-be-announced collaboration on a branded residential scheme on New York’s Fifth Avenue.
