Responsible for the integration of wellbeing throughout the customer journey across Accor’s portfolio of 35 unique brands, Emlyn Brown’s insight to the luxury hospitality space is unmatched. His business-first approach to the company’s global wellness is built through six core pillars: nutrition, holistic design, movement, spa, mindfulness and digital. Emlyn leads the way in developing and implementing an overarching global wellbeing strategy, while providing support and expertise to each brand in creating and executing their individual plans, from Fairmont and Banyan Tree to Raffles, Pullman and many more.
Emlyn’s background in hospitality spans over two decades, having built a wealth of experience at brands such as Six Senses and Resense Spas S.A before joining Accor in 2018. His approach is to move beyond the traditional idea of hotel wellness focusing on the spa, to provide a fully integrated wellbeing strategy for guests, connecting the experience with other hotel services from F&B to in-room facilities. A British national fluent in German and based in France, Emlyn has an international mindset that is crucial to ensuring the success of Accor’s portfolio of global brands.
