Senior Vice President & Global Head of Private Homes and Branded Residences, Kerzner International

Jonathan Tomlinson is responsible for the Kerzner Global Private Homes and Branded Residential business; a global leader in ultra-luxury resorts, destination resorts and residences, that includes hospitality brands, One&Only Resorts, Atlantis Resorts, SIRO and Rare Finds. Jonathan spearheads the strategic direction, development, and management of Kerzner International’s residential component globally, including business development, sales and marketing strategy, design planning assistance, and executive management of all residential projects.

The growth and development of Kerzner International’s residential portfolio is a key component of the long-term growth strategy for the Company with the majority of all future One&Only, Atlantis, SIRO and Rare Finds developments incorporating a residential component. Diversifying into Private Homes and Branded Residences represents a natural evolution for Kerzner.

Jonathan’s first introduction to Branded Residences was in 2008 on the developer side launching the world’s first Hyatt Branded Residences, while in more recent times, joining Kerzner International in 2021 from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he held the position of Vice President, Residential Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Jonathan has the unique experience of being in both hotel and developer leadership roles, and his brand association extends to numerous luxury and 5-star brands including Kerzner brands, Four Seasons, Six Senses, Hyatt, GHM and IMG’s golf and event business.

Jonathan possesses an MBA from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and is a Certified Property Manager from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Jonathan also retains membership status with the Professional Golfers Association (PGA), Australia.
