Louis Abi Abboud

Louis Abboud has had a successful career in hospitality, with a diverse portfolio of both the property owner and hospitality operator side of the business.

Louis began his career in operations with Starwood Hotels and Resorts in California, before moving back to the region to work in Asset Management for the Saudi BinLadin Group in Jeddah and Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai. Louis engaged with consultancy first HVS as part of its Consulting and Valuations practice in Dubai.

With his experience, Louis deployed his skills to Accor where he led the network growth as Vice President of Development IMEA and Turkey to become one of the leading hotel operators in the region. From Accor, Louis joined Ennismore, a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder-built hospitality brands with purpose at the heart.

At Ennismore, Louis is the Deputy Head, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, overseeing all hotels and activities in the region from the creation of partnerships through to design, inception, pre-opening and operation of each property. Ennismore has a strong growth plan in the region and with Louis’s particular expertise, he will spearhead the A-Z plans and operations of the upcoming pipeline. Louis and his team will be responsible for creating local destinations and driving communities.
