With over twenty years of experience, Sara Duffy leads the Interiors Division as a Principal at Stonehill Taylor. Since joining the firm in 2008, Sara has contributed significantly to the design of numerous award-winning projects—from the renovation of iconic landmarks like the TWA Hotel and the Algonquin to the creation of new destinations. In her various roles at Stonehill Taylor, Sara has managed the design of notable projects including Raffles Boston, The Ned NoMad, Pasadena Hotel & Pool, and the Penny Williamsburg. Continuing to enhance her reputation as a trailblazer in the hospitality industry, Sara allows herself to expand her design capabilities by maintaining relationships with acclaimed clients and challenging herself with new projects.

She has worked alongside renowned hospitality developers such as the Sydell Group, Soho House, Eleven Madison Park’s Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, Marriott International, Accor, Turnberry Associates, GFI Capital, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, MCR Development, Host Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts to name a few.

Sara Duffy’s expertise extends beyond the confines of hospitality, encompassing a diverse portfolio ranging from restaurant and rooftop bars to residential, entertainment complexes, and retail centres. As a manager of designers, she brings visionary leadership, guiding her team to collaborate closely with clients, and weaving a distinctive narrative for each project. Her focus on thoughtful, contemporary interior design is evident in her commitment to crafting immersive and unique environments for diverse purposes—be it for living, working, or leisure.
