Stuart Metcalfe

Following a 35-year career in global hospitality, Stuart established BE3 providing coaching and mentoring services to aspiring and established senior executives across all business sectors and is a skilled Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director for both Private Equity and privately owned businesses across a wide range of acquisition, branding, tactical, strategic and operational opportunities.

He helps unlock the potential of individuals and teams, enabling them to deal with significant business challenges and deliver superb investor returns. BE3 also provides effective mediation across a wide range of human and corporate disputes, difficulties and conflicts avoiding time and expense in legal dispute.

Stuart worked for 11 years with Realstar as President and Chief Operating Officer for the group’s investment with 74 Intercontinental Hotel Groups hotels before final disposal in 2016. Prior to that he was Group Chief Executive of Queens Moat Houses plc operating 80 hotels across Germany, Holland and the UK and guided the group to a solvent sale for £544m to the Whitehall Fund/Goldman Sachs. His earlier career included senior operational and sales and revenue management roles for Hilton, Holiday Inn, Bass Brewing and Scott’s Hospitality.
